Our Alliance Program is designed to give organizations and companies of all sizes the ability to make a direct and lasting impact on the health of women of color and underserved women – those women who are at nearly twice the risk of dying from breast cancer.

These organizations and companies help financially support and sustain multiple BEA Community Hubs and signature Community Events. With a focus on teen, immigrant, LGBTIQA+ and black maternal wellness, we were there to provide comprehensive support, education, and resources to all.

Dr. Tawana Angela Davis is a transformative force in the fight for racial justice and Black liberation. She introduces herself by honoring her elders and those who have come before her. She is the daughter of Rose Lee Davis and the granddaughter of Alice Mack. She is also the daughter of Edward E. Davis Junior. All three have transitioned from this life, and Dr. Tawana also honors her baby sister, Tina Rose Davis, who is no longer with us. She speaks their names in our conversation to respect and acknowledge her family, her community.

It was an honor and a pleasure to partner with @imasurviveher for the TreatHER tour and @supportyourgirlfriends during the Essence Festival weekend in New Orleans, LA, where we provided free breast exams with Bexa along with information, and empowerment to women regarding their breast health.

The biggest highlight was @drmoniquegary educating women on how to take charge of their breast health NOW.
